Possibly we have been holding our bowl of acceptance. . .

upside down, so that even the fruit and the wine of the Spirit

cannot be poured into it.

I wonder if we can trust enough to just LET prosperity happen?

This question came to me as I remembered something Rev. Edwene Gaines (a Unity minister who is passionate about prosperity) said in one of her workshops. She talked about people having "hole cards." Those are the cards the gambler has up their sleeve just in case they don't get the hand they want. For instance, praying for the rent money, knowing you could always call someone for a loan if you need to.

Rev. Edwene said having a Hole Card proved we didn't trust this infinitely intelligent, unconditionally loving and giving Presence that is our Source. And having a Hole Card meant we got to use it!

Where are your Hole Cards? We could have them in any area of our lives. Can you trust enough to LET Spirit serve you?
